Tea Time

A Thai student in my public speaking class gave a speech on the benefits of drinking green tea and it peaked my interest. She suggested avoiding allergy shots and other meds, and instead drinking green tea, along with lemon and honey from Arizona daily. I started this method a few months ago and it's amazing how wonderfully it works.

Everyday I start my morning with a cup of HOT green tea, adding Mrs. Crocketts' Natural Wild Desert Honey and some lemon. So far I have not ONCE dealt with allergies... especially considering how moist of a winter/spring Arizona experienced. If you or someone you know has bad allergies, I urge you to try this method - - hot green tea with lemon and honey from your area everyday. This really does work!

I've heard about the benefits of green tea. I bought the green tea and have yet to drink it. With honey and lemon eh? Okay that sounds good. Thanks!

Yes, make sure the green tea is HOT and not something out of the bottle like snapple... and you can add lemon and honey from whatever are you live in. It will work wonders.

One more question. Does it make a difference if it is caffinated or not?

I would recommend regular green tea (which has caffeine in it). If you drink decaf green tea, you'll have to drink larger quantities for the benefits.
