It took many years and honestly I never thought it'd actually happen, but I finally found the perfect bra for large breasts! Hallelujah... Praise Jesus!
A few months ago I went to Soma Intimates for the first time, and got a fitting. I had lost weight and reached a point where I needed new bras. I had never heard of them before, but it seemed like a nice, mature store for bras. Let's keep it real... when you're over a DD, you can't just go anywhere.
So, after getting my new size (34DDD) I proceeded to try on a few styles. When all was said and done I walked out of there with 4 different styles, but the one that has proven to be the biggest win was their Vanishing Back Unlined Front Close Bra.
I don't know how to accurately put into words how truly amazing this bra has been. My life will never be the same. Seriously... The back of the bra works to smooth out all of the lines and bulges you can get from straps. One of the pet peeves I have is that some companies assume if you have large breasts you have a large body. Petite women with large breasts can sometimes pull their straps so tight it causes you to look like you have back fat that doesn't exist. Now, if you actually have a lot of back fat, this won't replace working out lol. This isn't shapewear, but for me this has done a phenomenal job at smoothing everything out. I have never felt so confident wearing t-shirts. The front-hook closure is easy to use and the straps adjust with ease. My only con is that this bra doesn't come in a wide range of colors. Like many bras for larger sizes, it's only available in black, tan, or a light nude.
I've had the bra for about 3-4 months and have definitely put it through its paces. It's phenomenal! If you're someone with large breasts and searching for the perfect t-shirt bra, please find your nearest Soma Intimates Boutique and give this a try. I promise your life force will cry out unicorn tears.

The Best T-Shirt Bra for Large Breasts (via @Wacoal)
I've always struggled with finding an everyday t-shirt bra that wasn't ugly, had a comfortable fit, and ample support. After browsing Macy's I found just that in the Wacoal Seduction Spacer Contour Bra - Style #853255.
I recently got re-sized and my breasts are now a 34G/GG instead of the 36DD/DDD they previously were. Basically I went from hardly finding bras my size, to hardly EVER finding bras my size lol. Oh, the struggles of a chick with a huge rack.
This bra has truly been a light in my life. It's comfortable and free of lacy designs in the front that can show under certain materials. The fit is extremely comfortable and perfect for everyday wear. I've pretty much ditched the dream of having a closet full of cute Victoria Secret bras because they just don't make them in my size. Not to mention, Victoria's Secret doesn't really make quality bras. Yes, they're pretty... but in terms of actual support... not for anyone with a cup size larger than C.
I know that many women are constantly on the hunt for bras that offer support and don't make you feel like a geriatric. Thank you Wacoal for successfully doing this. If you'd like to gift me any of your bras to try out, my 36G/GG boobs are more than happy to oblige!
The bra retails for $60 and can be purchased at Macy's or Wacoal Online.

Comfort Revolution by @BALIintimates
Earlier this month I had the pleasure of winning the Bali Intimates contest fellow Chicago blogger The Sassy Peach hosted. The only thing better than winning free stuff is having that free stuff be useful! The prize included 2 of Bali's new Comfort Revolution Wirefree bras featuring the smart sizes technology. I'm a 36DDD/DD (depends on my weight) and I was hesitant to receive a wireless bra. I was hopeful, but let's keep it real - - bra shopping is a huge pain and I typically strike out.
When my package came in the mail I was super excited. Every time I receive things in the mail it feels like Christmas lol. Included in the package was a nice note from The Bali Team (it's really nice to receive handwritten notes) along with 2 bras in a Medium. Me, a medium? Lol.... I was definitely skeptical but after trying on the bra I felt reassured. After wearing it for a day I was sold.
For me, this is not a daily bra that'd I wear to work. This isn't even a bra I'd wear to workout in. I was on the hunt for the perfect casual wear bra that provides a moderate level of support and could be worn around the house. Bali's Comfort Revolution Wirefree bra is exactly that. I have enough support with a matched level of comfort to have this be the ideal casual bra for me... and I have huge boobs and a difficult time finding bras so I feel like it should be a huge stamp of approval coming from me lol.
