Change up your Treadmill Routine

Before we sit around and give thanks for everything, followed by gorging ourselves on food... then proceeding to blow all of our money on "stuff" ... take some time to analyze your body and workout routine. Yes, your waistline will be fully expanded for the most part tomorrow, but once Friday hits why not exercise something OTHER than your credit card.
